Hi,I bought a alpha-stim last week,got it for a good price off of ebay..

I have been using it for 4 days.. and my anxiety is worse it has ever been,

Im sure the alpha stim has made it worse...

Has anyone found this? im not sure if i should continue to use it, i know with starting anti-depressants that you can feel worse before better,but not heared this with the alpha..

Try setting #3 for 1 session and see how she feels with it. If she feels a little better after a few sessions that's a good sign it's helping. Encourage her to focus on what is bothering her while she has it on. We are noticing that yawns or sighs are a sign the anxiety is "releasing". Some people feel a sense of euphoria after a few consecutive sessions. Turn the power up very slowly until she can feel a slight buzz. Once she get's used to it she will probably want to turn it up a bit more which is normal. It may take several sessions to relieve the anxiety. Manufacturer recommends 30 days to see significant results. We seem to be getting good reports with setting #3 working for other CZ forum members.

Anyone here use Bio Tuner for depression?
