Hi Tierra,
We meet again. Here is the protocol I follow: (It is from CureZone topics under liver flush)
Liver Flush Protocol
(with orthophosphoric acid)
Materials:
* 1 gallon apple juice (freshly pressed)
* 2 ounces orthophosphoric acid (Phosfood from Standard Process or Ortho phos from Nutra-Dyn)
* Enema bag and colon tube
* Coffee
* Epsom Salts
* Whipping cream and berries
* Olive oil
Protocol:
1. Add one bottle (2 ounces) of orthophosphoric acid to the gallon of apple juice. Shake and refrigerate. Over the next three to five days, drink the gallon of juice (3 to 4 8-ounce glasses a day) between meals. Be sure to rinse your mouth out with baking soda and/or brush your teeth after drinking the juice to prevent the acid from damaging the teeth. Eat normally during the liver flush.
2. On the day following whatever day you finish the gallon of juice, eat your normal breakfast and lunch.
3. Two hours after lunch, drink 1–2 tablespoons of Epsom Salts dissolved in warm water.
4. Four hours after lunch, do a one pint coffee enema.
5. Five hours after lunch, drink 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts dissolved in warm water.
6. Six or seven hours after lunch, eat a dinner of heavy whipping cream and frozen or fresh berries – as much as desired.
7. At bedtime, drink 1/2 cup of olive oil. A small amount of orange, grapefruit, or lemon juice may be added if desired. Immediately after drinking the oil, go to bed and lie on your right side with knees drawn up for 30 minutes. You may feel nauseated during the night. This is due to the release of stored toxins from the gallbladder and liver. This is normal and a sign that the protocol is working.
8. Upon arising in the morning, do a coffee enema..
The orthophosphoric acids helps remove calcium and lipids (fats) from the arteries and normalizes cholesterol metabolism. The phosphoric acid working with the malic acid found in apple juice dissolves and softens gallstones. The magnesium in the Epsom Salts relaxes the sphincter of the gallbladder and bile ducts, allowing for the easy passage of the softened, shrunken stones. Finally, the cream and oil cause a strong contraction of the gallbladder and liver, forcing out stored wastes, bile, and stones which easily pass into the small intestine. These wastes and stones are then excreted.
You do not need the orthophosphoric acid. Just drink the apple juice as per instruction. If you feel nauseated during the night drink mint tea and/or chew on peppermint candy.
I have taken an enema to relieve this nausea.
Instead of step 8 the next two days I take morning and afternoon one or two cleansing enemas to get rid of any toxins in my bowels.

Retention coffee enema (small volume)
Prior to taking a retention enema, it is always advisable to take 2 or more cleansing enemas.
When used as a retention enema, -coffee does not go through your digestive system and does not affect your body as a coffee beverage does. Instead, the coffee solution stimulates both your liver and your gallbladder to release toxins, which are then flushed from your body. This enema is most effective if repeated daily for several days.
Preparation of solution.
To make the coffee enema solution, place 2 quarts of water in a pan, and add 6 heaping tablespoons of ground organic coffee (do not use instant or decaffeinated). Rapid boil the mixture for three minutes, simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, cool to a comfortable tempera-ture, and strain. Add enough water to make the 2 quarts. Use only 1 pint of the strained coffee at a time, and refrigerate the remainder in a closed jar.
Procedure:
Place 1 pint of the enema solution in an enema bag. The best position to assume when receiving the enema is to lie on your left side. After you have inserted the liquid, hold the solution in your body for 10 minutes then very slowly and gently turn and rest on your back. Retain this enema for 20 to 30 minutes. before allowing the fluid be expelled. Do not roll from side to side.
Do not be concerned if the liquid is not expelled after 20 to 30 minutes. Simply stand up and move around as usual until you feel the urge to expel the liquid.

Retention enemas
In general
A retention enema - an enema that is held in the body for a specified period of time - This type of enema is not hard to retain, since it is usually only 1 or 2 cups of liquid. To maximize the benefits of a retention enema, use a cleansing enema first.
Retention coffee enema (small volume)
When used as a retention enema, coffee does not go through your digestive system and does not affect your body as a coffee beverage does. Instead, the coffee solution stimulates both your liver and your gallbladder to release toxins, which are then flushed from your body. This enema is most effective if repeated daily for several days. For a single time use, take the large volume retention coffee enema.
A coffee retention enema is quite helpful during a serious illness, after hospitalization, and after exposure to toxic chemicals.
Preparation of solution.
To make the coffee enema solution, place 2 quarts of water in a pan, and add 6 tablespoons of ground coffee (do not use instant or decaffeinated). Boil the mixture for fifteen minutes, cool to a comfortable temperature, and strain. Use only 1 pint of the strained coffee at a time, and refrigerate the remainder in a closed jar. It will keep for a week.
Procedure:
Place 1 pint of the enema solution in an enema bag. The best position to assume when receiving the enema is to lay on your left side. After you have inserted the liquid hold the solution in your body for 15 to
20 minutes before allowing the fluid be expelled. Do not roll from side to side.
Do not be concerned if the liquid is not expelled after 15 to 20 minutes. Simply stand up and move around as usual until you feel the urge to expel the liquid. To maximize the benefits of this or any other retention enema, always take a cleansing enema first. It is also advisable to take a cleansing enema after the coffee retention enema to clear out all the toxins released by the liver.
Detox coffee enema
Wait 15 minutes after you expel your enema then take a second 1 pint coffee retention enema with the same retention. Take a cleansing saline/soda enema after the second enema to clear out all the toxins released by the liver.

Pre Liver Flush by Propaul (modified in 2006)
I read many questions about liver flushes. I read about so many successes of people who do them. I read of the many different protocols. But I find very little about preparations for a liver flush. I believe that the success of a liver flush depends on its PREPARATION.
From my personal experience and from reading many other reports and discussions of liver flushes I have come to believe that there are two steps in the preparation of a liver flush.
1) Softening of stones, if present
2) Bowel management
The stone softening phase is usually accomplished by taking organic apple juice with or without orthophosphoric acid. Since I cannot tolerate the sugar in the apple juice I drink organic apple cider vinegar with orthophosphoric acid, I take 4 drinks of 2oz of ACV per day for 4 days.
Modification I have done since writting this message (in italics)
During these 4 days, daily, I take a cleansing enema, followed by a pint retention coffee enema, followed by a saline solution enema. This is my combination of stone softening and bowel management. I am always amazed at the chaff and debris that I excrete after the enema. 10/24/06
There are many different ways of stone softening and bowel management. I am listing what I do. But before any liver flush is attempted, especially if one is starting to liver flush, these two steps are very necessary.
Then after the liver flush many take a dose of Epson salts (the morning after) to move out the toxins from the intestines. I don’t believe that this is sufficient. You need to take additional steps to empty your bowels for the next few days. Besides the Epson salts the morning after, I take twice a day a cleansing enema. This helps me from reabsorbing the toxins released by the liver otherwise I get headaches and nausea.
I hope this helps those who have question about liver flushes.
