Such vivid dreams. People I discuss dreams with, a lot of them don't even dream at all, or remember anythng.

I told one lady, to do 10 deep breaths before she fell asleep, she said she was afraid to do it. I do know that I get movie long or psychic or vivid dreams when I do deep breathing before I go to sleep.
Emmy, I don't know what these dreams meant. Birds and the open background must represent flying or freedom or lightness. The birds in the salt, did not mean that they were dying because of the salt. Salt is cleanliness and purity. I would say in your dream that the salt brought the bird back to life.

Animals
