I usually sleep fine. But since my second flush and I got the bad cold which is now pretty much gone 2 weeks later.I havent been sleeping all night and was noticing I was waking up between 2-3 which I was told was the Liver.

Anyway what does the ornithine do besides help you sleep? I just bought from recommendation. I started the P&B last week no results yet and the parasite cleanse yesterday and will be doing another flush this coming saturday night so I bought to help me sleep do you know how many you are suppose to take I only took one last night.
