Hi All,
I appear to have all the syptoms of candida & have been having a green juice for breakfast & another for lunch (along with raw vegtables).
My juices consist of:-
Celery
Cucumber
Curley Kale or spinach
Ginger
Avocado (everything goes into the blender at this point!)
I beleive I'm deficient in vit C, B complex, Omega 3&6 oils etc so I'm supplementing with those at the mo but what vegtables could I add to my juice to make it super powerfull in my situation??
I'm having about a pint of green juice per day but avoiding all fruits because of the
Sugar content. With candida you need to avoid sugars & wheat etc!!
I live in the UK & if anyone has any suggestions on a super juice/smoothy, I would really appreciate it!!
