Well, when I first started juice fasting, I lost a little weight and after fasting, my system was all nice and squeaky clean so I craved only the cleanest, freshest, healthiest foods, mostly raw for a while...and I lost a lot of weight then.
So basically, after I finished, and started eating again, I was eating right, and that helped me lose a ton of weight. THEN, I started exercising and the rest of the weight slipped right off.

Master-Cleanse though. You really need to get cleansed out and maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to expect good, real weight loss though.
I started eating junk again eventually and gradually gained about 30 lbs back over 3 years and it's been a struggle for me to get back to where I was because I live with a toxic meateater.
