Hey All:
Obviously a lot of our digestive problems have a strong correlation with enzyme defficincies. I went to a local health food store the other day where this lady tried to push these $35.00 enzymes on me! I know that many elderly people may require this type of enzyme support, however what about a 25 year old male such as myself..who just finished school and is so very poor..lol? I pursched a simple enzyme which only cost me around $5.00. I'm taking it right before meals, is the poper way to take it? Should I take them before every meal or simply twice a day? I'm currently reading a lot of literature on enzymes, for I just finished/completed a 9 day (MC), along with b&P, which I will continue for the next two weeks four times a day. The reason I feel it's so imperative that I address this concern immediatly is I truly believe I have digestive problems, and dont want to clog my system/colon up again! I'm getting ready for a
Liver Flush in three weeks after a couple more colonics, enemas, and when I'm done with the
Hulda Clark s
parasite cleanse. I'm avoiding all dairy, poultry, red meat. This is where I find supplementation is invaluable for me as a bodybuilder making sure I get the neccessary carbs, proteins, fats etc..in my diet. I love making smoothies in a blender, for it's much easier for me to consume 1,500 calories in a drink then it is for me while eating a meal. I also love putting half a cup of Almonds in the blender along with my ground up flax, and sunflower seeds! I put a bannana in there since recent reports state were going to be out of them in the next ten years..lol. Well to anyone how has some insightful insight in reference to a specific enzyme, or enzymes I should take I would greatly appreciate it.
Best Regards,
