I have been investigating information on many websites about fasting for the last few weeks and reading posts on this forum.
I went to an excellent health food store yesterday and bought everything I need ($11.84)to do a master cleanse.
I came home and then decided I wanted to do a parasite cleanse along with it.
So, I went back today and aquired everything I need ($45.52 additional)to do the ultimate fast.
I concider this some cheap health care.
Anyway, I have read, that as I detox my tongue will get coated. And when my tongue returns to pink...there is no reason to continue the fast.
The ultimate fast is 8 days of fasting. But, what if, in 8 days my tongue hasn't returned to pink? I want to detox as well as become parasite free.
I plan to start tomorrow morning.
What do you think about fasting longer, on the ultimate fast?
