Hi Clary....so that is neat that you have such a connection with Clary Sage! Here is what
Edgar Cayce 's Home Medicine Guide says about Clary Water:
Clary Water is a tonic that the
Edgar Cayce readings suggested using in about 100 cases involving various problems associated with the assimilating and eliminating systems, including disturbances in the hepatic circulation. It was most often recommended for diabetes and hyperglycemia, and to improve the functioning of the digestion, eliminations and kidneys. One formula commonly used was givin in reading 953-1, and the active ingredients are garden sage, which aids the digestion; juniper oil, which stimulates the kidneys; and ambergris, which acts on the pancreas.
Edgar Cayce 's Source said that Clary Water 'tones the stomach' and was also used "to produce perfect eliminations as far as possible to create within this body."
"No meat, sugars or proteins, large quantities of starches and fried foods are to be taken" while taking Clary Water.
Hmmmm, Clary, I just read through to the end and it is impossible to find 'ambergris' now. Plus, this remedy is supposed to be taken under supervision of a doctor too.
Anyway...you probably don't have diabetes or hyperglycemia anyway!
Okay...gotta run!
