Thanks Tracey for the encouragement, I really need it right now. I got such positive results with the P&B, if I stop now it will be a setback. I am desperate to do the
parasite cleanse since I saw them in my stool and waiting to pass some serious plaque before I start. I will continue with it but am going to leave a gap of 1 hour prior to food or supplementation and 2.5 hours after, just to be on the safe side.
I have discovered in my research (bless the web) that magnesium is behind it all. Magnesium deficiency will lead to calcium deficiency as magnesium is needed to make use of calcium. It gets very complicated but they work with zinc and B6 (you mentioned this in prior posting). I started a B Complex and a magnesium, lets hope I can absorb them, that’s the real problem.
Symptoms of Magnesium deficiency are: Muscle cramps, twitches, heart palpitations (I had this one for a month continuous, had several ECGs with no result), chest tightness, fatigue, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, dizziness (my doctor diagnosed inner ear infection) being underweight, – I have every one of these symptoms and have had for a long time now. I think the lack of dairy has pushed it over the limit. This is really the only major thing I can see that I have done diet wise. The P&B hasn’t caused it but I was wondering if it might make a bad situation worse. Lack of magnesium will also cause
food intolerances and constipation. I am probably short on zinc too.
It gets too complicated for me to try to address the balance myself but have an appointment on Monday with a
colonic Hydrotherapist who also does nutrition. This way I can assist the
Bowel Cleanse at the same time!
