I need suggestions on how to keep my system balanced while doing a basic bowel cleanse. I've tried this
several times over the past few years, and every time I can only do a basic cleanse for a few days before my
body starts crashing.
Undoubtedly I have a toxic system with occasional candida flareups, and I'm pretty sure I have
parasites as
well. The problem is that when I can get the candida somewhat under control and then start a
Bowel Cleanse
(usually I take Experience), within a few days my body feels like I'm crashing, and I have symptoms of no energy,
dark circles under my eyes, often the candida returns, and I feel horrible and have to stop and work to build
myself back up. When I try high enemas (the Cayce method of 3 enemas at a time), I can't continue for more
than a couple of days, even every other day, before my energy dives again and I begin having severe dizzy
spells (caused by either toxins being knocked loose or electrolyte imbalance, or both, as best as I can figure).
I'm looking for suggestions on how to take care of myself and get going with these cleanses without crashing or
harming myself. There is a lot of work ahead of me, but I can't get to the
parasite cleanse,
kidney cleanse or
Liver Flush until I can get these basics under control, starting with the bowel cleanse, and keep my system strong
at the same time. I know there is a balance to this cleansing stuff, but so far I haven't been able to get the hang
of it. This is really frustrating, and I would appreciate your input. Thanks!
