Holistic Horizons contains some clove so it will start to work on some parasites as soon as you begin the cleanse. I think the parasite cleanses work best after you have cleared out some of the mucoid plaque...the critters like to hide in and under it and the herbs are more effective when some of it is removed. Some people do them simultaneously, though, so it is really up to you. You can do a kidney cleanse anytime...same with zapping. I'm doing the CoQ10 cleanse for the first time myself tomorrow and don't think it would interfere with any of the cleanses...just make sure that you don't take it with the shake...I'd give it a few hours in between. Hold off on the Liver Flushes until you've done the colon and parasite cleanse...unless you have a dire need to flush sooner.
