Dis-ease is acidosis, acidic accumulation from 1. acid ash from the metabolism of acid foods, 2. acid absorbed through the skin from our personal care products and in the fabrics we clothe our bodies with, 3. environmental chemical polutions in our homes, work places and planet earth.
2&3 require that we become Ingredient Detectives: learn what all those chemicals are in your products and begin to replace them with better choices.
#1 is the more complex of the 3:
~If properly hydrated, you're 70% water, so this is the most important step you'll make:
Drink nothing but PURE water, organic juices, organic herbal teas.
~Eat organic fruits, greens, nuts and seeds, most of it raw.
Supplement with organic, cold-pressed, unfiltered plant oils. 3-5 tablespoons a day.
~Do the cleanses ... do them in order ... do them THOROUGHLY.
~Supplement any dis-eased body systems or organs with proper herbal support.
~Get 20 mins of gentle exercise daily, such as walking or rebounding.
~Get a minimum of 20 mins of sunshine on as much exposed skin as you dare.
~Learn and do a minimum of 30 deep breathing exercises daily.
