I follow a low carb diet but I need some carbs throughout day, I normally have rice cakes with goats butter, brown rice, or sweet potatoes as my carbs and allround I eat very healthy, I havnt had
Sugar or caffienne or choc for 3 months now, dont drink, smoke, drugs, painkillers, no wheat for 15 years or cows milk. I am about to do a complete detox mercury, parasites. no mercury left in mouth
my problem is I still have fatigue and tiredness which I expect until im detoxed, but my problem is after my lunch at 12 to 1pm by about 3pm I get chronic indigestion and extreme fatigue foggy head, I take enzymes with my lunch and if I dont eat any carbs with it as in complex ( i eat raw salad or organic veg soup with balanced fat protein etc)I am extremely hungry about one hour later with hypoglycemia. is it the carbs? what can I eat that will not make me hungry.
I have tried all raw (too hungry) no grain (too hungry) what shall I eat.
I have ordered mestique powder so hope this will help.
cant stand this fatigue every afternoon.
