Ok...I am wondering if the more garlic you eat the better the results?? So if she recommends 5 to 6 cloves a day and you eat 12 is that good??? or is that over doing it? THANK YOU! :)
HOLY COW...I can't beleive it looks like it can help and maybe even cure half the things that are wrong with me! I'M INVESTING STOCK IN GARLIC!!!! YA BABY! Well...Hopefully I won't get ill eating about a bulb a day! lol. So far today I ate 1 raw clove, and 3 cooked in some scrambled eggs. I will go for eating another 3 or 4 raw ones tonight. PLUS I started incorporating some exercise as I live a very sedentary life. I just walked 1 hour and went 2.06 miles on the tread mile. I will walk again tonight. I walked 2 X's yesterday. I hope this will help me. THANK YOU FOR THAT INFORMATION!

Ok will do.....I just had my 5th clove just now. so that makes 2 raw and 3 cooked...(not sure if the cooked ones help or not)I will post either by or over the weekend and let you know what happens..also...(and I know this is gross) but how do you collect the stool to see or do you just look in the toilet??? (sorry) :)
to check for parasites in your bowelmovments buy an inexspensive colander...and put it between the seat and the bowl..then using popsicle sticks or tongue despersers examine away...lol...good luck happy poopy snopping...lol...anita
Well, I also love garlic, and really would eat as much as I can, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea. If I eat a few cloves my family immediately can smell it not talking about work and others... How do you guys do it?
I really wouldn't care about the smell, but others do.
