Two Suggestions.
First, go to the health food store and get some Rescue Remedy. It is a liquid and you put 4 drops under your tongue. You can use it every 5 minutes. That should calm you down.
Also, do some research on EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Do a search, and CureZone may have an EFT group. The techniques EFT uses are very simple and effective. You can get info about how to do it at emofree.com
Deep breathing can also help.
