Relax, not all parasites are worms. I just read about a parasite called Cryptosporidium that you can get from some tap water because they can slip through water treatment plants. They said 250 of them can fit on a pin head and it is resistant to Chlorine. It causes acute and chronic cases of diarrhea, cramps, fever, and vomiting . In 1993 400,000 people in Milwaukee got contaminated from them. 104 people died.

But if you did have the worm variety, it would be better to get rid of them than keep them. Quit letting your mind run wild and get on with it.

They do not "crawl" out, they "flush" out. I used to be scared too. Believe me, better out than in. It was scary to see what was in my colon. (I still do not like checking my stools while cleansing, but I check them anyway.)

I have learned so much over the last series of cleanses about how blocked up my colon and liver was. And, from what I read and recently experienced, you cannot cleanse the liver unless you get rid of the parasites first.

It is gross, but, you will feel so much better afterwards. It is a small price to pay in comparison to the alternatives, like life threathening surgery or medications with side effects.

I trust you will overcome your aversion for the greater good -- a clean colon!

Killing parasites and killing bacteria are two different things. The parasite program, which I have done several times, wasn't designed to kill bacteria. (That's what you use Colloidal Silver to do.) Personally, I have never seen any funky things crawling out of orifices where they don't belong. But I have always felt better after the cleanse.
My suggestion,,,,,keep reading, thinking, go slow. I think your over concerned about the possible results and could be missing a blessing.

I think we all have some type of parasite &
It's known that they release bad toxins into
your body.. They live/feed on your insides
& they release toxics/poop in you ..
now does that sound like its making "good bacteria"?
No Way...
But once they are Evicted It wont take long for
you to make a better supply of Good Bacteria
then you've had in a long time

As for them crawling out of you..
Take the De wormer Herbs (to kill them)
& a Colon Cleanser (to make them stick to your "waste" & move them out)
And if you dont look , you wont see ..Just flush

But personaly I like to do the
"ha ha I got your out happy dance"
myself & know that I'm winning this battle

Shannon, have you done a bowel cleanse? that may be a way to ease you into all of this. I think you are supposed to do a Bowel Cleanse first, anyway, but I am not positive. Since starting on the bowel cleanse, I have gotten used to seeing unusual things, (even a couple of dead little worms!) in my BM. even thought mucoid plaque is different from parasites, it helped get me ready emotionally. I don't think I would want to start off seeing parasites first, either, but now I am ready for the little buggers! Also, there are alot of them that you don't see because they are too small.

I have a friend who admits that she probably has some parasites, but she said they can stay right where they are! My advice to you is just continue to do the research and the more familiar you are, the less scarey it will be. The people on this forum are wonderful for easing your worries and giving you support. Most of us can relate to your concerns and worries.

I'm sure you've been looking at all those parasite pictures... They look really terrible and disgusting!!!! I always had a feeling that those pictures were all extreme cases, anyway it would not be such a great deal to see couple of tiny stuff. Also if you see them in websites where they sell the parasite cleanser, it's more likely people buy the product after seeing these creatures.... So don't be scared, it's better to get rid of them - I wouldn't want them cralling around in me!!!! Just get a good supplement like Clarkia (to make sure it works) and don't look back in the toilet... :) Good luck!!!
