have you done hydrating and lymph moving procedures? rebounding and cool sitz baths are both winners. they have to be motivated. its called a passive system for a reason.

I've been reading you for years and I wondered if your religion helps you overcome all these seemingly ill health symptoms you have.

Your thought s such as the quote "I know I am full of bromide" etc etc are not healthy and yet year after year u seem deluged with the current malady or symptoms withh which the lates product may or may not cure

You have had varying results as with Lugols

Have you ever stopped to thing (and feel) that this continual search for a cure or remedy made me of a nature that spiritual and thoughts could be creating and there fore can also heal?

It has been somewhat effective with candida. Supplement with selenium and just take a small amount. Then slowly increase stopping at the first signs of trouble.

The Lymph Nodes under my arms swelled up and turned red. It felt like they were on fire! Every since then, I've been extremely gun shy when it comes to Lugol's. I guess I overloaded my Lymph Nodes with toxins. I know I'm full of bromine, fluoride, and mercury.

Start Mercury chelation first, before you do Lugol’s in any large amount. One way to use what you have is to add some vitc to it that converts it to iodide, at least until you have this under control.

You may also try this Maple Syrup and Baking Soda thingy, I have had this on the back burner for ever and after yesterdays post I cooked some up.
In short; while chelating out Mercury I became a little over optimistic and jumped to 25mg of ALA, this in turn stirred up more Hg then could be eliminated. Free/loose Hg causes Candida issues. Taking a 1/4 tsp of this mix really worked temporarily to allow me extra time to chelate out the loose Hg.
