You can never cover up a bad smell with cologne or other things that only mask it, and likely poison it too with chemicals...Your body needs cleansing. (on the inside) no amount of bathing can do solve the problem. Maybe you need
parasite cleansing. Maybe fasting. maybe an orange juice fast, which is said to completely purify the blood. Why not ask your question at "Ask Barefoot" on curezone....
here's what wiki says might help:
Treatment
Currently, there is no cure and treatment options are limited. Although there is no perfect cure for trimethylaminuria, it is possible for some people with this condition to live relatively normal, healthy lives without the fear of being shunned because of their unpleasant odor. Getting tested is an important first step. Ways of reducing the odor include:
* Avoiding foods such as eggs, legumes, certain meats, fish, and foods that contain choline, carnitine, nitrogen, and sulfur
* Taking low doses of
Antibiotics to reduce the amount of bacteria in the gut
* Using slightly acidic detergents with a pH between 5.5 and 6.5
* At least one study[6] has suggested that the daily intake of charcoal and/or copper chlorophyllin may be of significant use in improving the quality of life of individuals suffering mild forms of TMAU, the success rates vary:
o 85% of people tested completely lost their "fishy" odor
o 10% partially lost their odor
o 5% kept the scent
However, whilst they may be beneficial in some cases, many people in trimethylaminuria support groups who have tried charcoal and copper chlorophyllin have reported disappointing results.
Also helpful are:
* Behavioral counseling to help with
Depression and other psychological symptoms
* Genetic counseling to better understand their condition

check out EFT also. It can help with a huge range of problems- almost everything has an emotional basis, or at least a strong component. I didn't mean to be dismissive of your problem...but fasting too, can rebalance lots of so-called diseases, conditions and 'untreatable' disorders. It's important to do your reading though, before attempting a fast of any sort.
edit:
one more thing--and maybe this should have been the first thing to try.
Since it seems this is a problem with the liver, I am thinking
Liver Flushing would be THE place to start. lots to read about that on curezone... I've done about five or six liver flushes, and each one has improved my overall health. A clean, strong liver is ALL IMPORTANT--but especially in these cases.
