However, I would like to know if it is okay to use as a disinfectant before and after the extraction of tooth, if the dentist permits it. Also should I dilute the 3%?

I do have pau d'arco, in fact I have started drinking a tsp of bark once a day, brewed for 5 minutes and then simmered for 20 minutes, I can always make more and take it with me to the dentist and rinse with it, if that is a better alternative. Thank you for that suggestion.

Do you have good evidences or good articles relating Hydrogen peroxide with "hairy tongue"?

I did some searches on the web. Many sites recommend to “Gently brush the tongue with a toothbrush twice daily. Then rinse the mouth with a dilute solution of hydrogen peroxide (1 part peroxide to 5 parts water)”

Finally, I would preferably dilute 3% h2o2 with distilled water and If possible I would use h2o2 that has no stabilizer in it.
