OK, this is common Leena. Maybe you need to wait a bit longer till your next flush. Try to do the full parasite/ kidney cleanse before it. Bloated, gassy and constipated says parasites to me. You could do bowel cleansing too. You might even have some stones lodged in there that are preventing bile flow. If your stools are pale coloured, it means the bile isn't flowing which means you are choked up! When you start flushing, more stones move forward. That's why it's important to keep going.
