Pain in the lower right abdomen means something different than pain in the lower right rib cage. The rib cage is liver. The lower right abdomen is Illeocecal valve.
To release the illeocecal valve lay on your back and place your left hand just inside (medial) to the right hip protrusion. Move your hand down to about half way between the hip and the os pubis. Easy now, press in with your fingertips and pull up towards your left shoulder. Hold for 5 seconds and release. Repeat three times. That will open the illeocecal valve and give almost immediate relief if that is what's causing the discomfort.
As you said, it could also be the sore spots left on the colon wall from the parasites dying. That usually doesn't last long and is followed by a warming sensation in a couple of days.
The light stools are indeed lack of bile from the liver and indicates the need to keep opening it up. Kill the bugs, flush the liver; kill the bugs, flush the liver; kill the bugs, flush the liver - gets old after a while but it works so carry on. You'll make it.
