Gross but need advise!

MoreI have eaten no fat today & now am fasting until my first Epsom Salt drink at 6:00 pm. I am usually a constipated person and have a problem with it. Well, just a few minutes ago I had an elimination and it looked like slime. It was not feces. Does anyone know what this is? Is it good or bad? Should I not do the flush tonight??

Great that you got that stuff out of you. Unless you are not feeling well, go ahead with the flush. Probably just means you are eliminating some unneeded wasted.
