I am about to do my 1st liver cleanse this weekend.
I am "zapping" the week before as recommended, however I was wondering if I should have done the 3 week program recommended by Dr Hulda Clark e?
Does anyone have any thoughts from their experience?

For best results is better to do the parasite cleanse before the liver. Also you can get sick while doing the liver clenase if you have parasites (the zapper does not kill all of them). However, many people have started with the liver and did the parasite cleanse after without any problem.

Hey thanks Piedro,
I bought my zapper from the US (i'm in Australia) and it arrived about a week ago, I have been zapping ever since (1-2 times a day)...
I actually feel considerably better since doing it. Not that I'm seriously ill, i just feel less 'under the weather'.
I am going to do the Liver-Flush without the 3 week herbal parasite clease and see how I go...
