Fil
well I tried to do the flush last night. I was feeling positive. Took half the dose of
Epsom Salts because I couldn't face the thought of them (must try the capsules or something else next time). Took a cup of oil with a cup of pink grapefruit juice (beautiful sweet organic ones). No problem drinking it down. went happily to bed.
Woke up at 2am feeling nauseous (thought of Paint Lady ;-) ). Sniffed on a lemon, wished for peppermint oil (didn't have any). Willed myself back to sleep cuddling my hot water bottle.
Couldn't face the
Epsom Salts in the morning. Last time I had no problem with them at all. weird how your body reacts differently each time.
Had a BM - bit solid as I hadn't taken the E salts. Saw a couple of stones. Few more BMs, few more little stones.
10am, felt nauseous, went to the loo (lucky I had a bucket prepared just in case) and wooop, upchuck!! So much for all my advice to paint lady!!
Around this time, my period started and that can make me nauseous sometimes. So I guess I just picked a bad weekend. I was a bit desparate as sick of pressure in my right side - which is feeling better now by the way.
Thoughts for next time: I'm going to wait till I'm not as busy and tired, do the full
Hulda Clark kidney and
parasite cleanse (I only did the zapping this week), and basically follow the method right down to the last little instruction.
Why is it sometimes so easy and sometimes so hard? Do others find that it depends on their body condition and state of mind? I still remember the joy of my first successful cleanse (after drinking nearly 2 cups of straight oil!!) and all that horrible green toxic bile and stones flooding out (without
Epsom Salts but then I had fasted for 3 days and done an enema the day before). I even had a green tongue which was pink by the afternoon!! Southern Belle, how about you? has it been easy? do you always to the Clark method exactly?
