We always have three one gallon jugs of distilled water in rotation.

One we drink out of, one with fresh distilled water coming out of the distiller, and one after the distiller sitting out in the sun for a day or two.

We add one drop of oregino oil and 1/4 teaspoon of real Sea Salt .

I have been thinking about adding a tad of deep earth clay too.

I put my high-mineral Seasalt right into my water. I buy Redmond brand from the health food store...it states it contains "50+ trace minerals" in it.

I started putting the salt right into the water because I started this program with a sore throat and heartburn. The heartburn resolved immediately and the sore throat was tremendously better by the next morning.

I am now so used to the taste that I don't like the fresh water as much! (I never thought I'd ever say that) I guess my body likes it! :)
