Hi, if you can't afford a series of colonics, enemas are the next best thing to cleanse your colon. However, if
parasites are your problem, especially a tapeworm, no amount of
colonics or enemas will eliminate that problem without additional measures.
But if it's just constipation, then full bag enemas should provide a great deal of relief. However, neither warmed bottled distilled water or cooled boiled tap water is the best solution.
I'm somewhat in replying here, but back of the beginning of your cleansing program, for the first week I would have recommended a daily soapsuds enema followed by a
Sea Salt solution rinse, both using a full bag (2 qts or 2 L). Following that initial period I would suggest a daily
Sea Salt enema for another 2-3 weeks. The water temperature at preparation time should be 103 degrees F or 39.5 C.
After the first month, based on the results you experience, you can reduce the frequency of the enemas to as you feel necessary. Listen to your body. If you wonder if an enema might help, it probably will. At your age you don't have to worry about becoming dependent on enemas to move your bowels, but I always recommend to never let yourself go more than 48 hours without a BM. Whenever I reach 48 hrs with no action I take an enema before going bed that night.
Hope this helps, and if you have any questions, please follow up.
