Sinusitis

In the initial stage, avoid milk, dairy products, flour, sugar, coffee, honey, industrial products, fresh fruit, and prolong such a diet for six weeks. However, if sinusitis is chronic, it is necessary to stay away from the above products for longer period.

Sinusitis literally means an inflammation of membranes in sinuses, hollow spaces close to the nose and surrounded by the bones of the face.
