Hidden Username
Hi
I have been using whey protein isolate for a few weeks. Im not body building at the moment but trying to recover from a lengthy ilness which has left my leg muscles very weak.
My question is this, I want to know if any which of the different types of whey protein (e.g isolate, concentrate etc) have the highest levels of minerals/electrolytes in them? I have been checking on line but cant find a definative answer.
