Hello. Don't have any answers for you on the recent odor of chemicals/pesticides. However, I do have some observations to share with you on the skyward activity you noticed prior to Dolly.

As you may have noticed, to this day there are still many people who insist that there is nothing untoward happening in our skies, chemtrails are actually not-chemtrails, the world is fine and anyone who wants to can continue to live happily ever after. For sake of argument, lets agree to call the kind of sky phenom you noticed prior to Dolly "nothing". Okay, so "nothing" was happening in the 5 days leading up to Dolly. It is fair to say that Dolly was an event that involved rain. The observations I have in this respect is that "nothing" often precedes rain. For the past 3 to 4 years, I have observed where I live that "nothing" often precedes the movement of a front or fronts through the area, especially when these fronts end up bringing rain, either small amounts, moderate amounts or large amounts. I have also noticed over the longer term (many months) that this "nothing" phenom had ebbed and flowed somewhat in the area where I have been (central Pennsylvania). For whatever reasons, during the past several months there has been less "nothing", a discernible decrease in "nothing" happening prior to fronts and rain moving through. I do not mean to say there has been a complete discontinuation of "nothing", but there has been less "nothing" occurring the past 6 months or so. Prior to that, I had observed quite consistently, for a good 18 to 24 months, moderate to heavy amounts of "nothing" preceding the arrival of rain / fronts, and this held true not only in central Pennsylvania, but also to the west near Pittsburgh and to the east near Philadelphia. I have not been east or west the past 18-24 months, so I do not know if those areas also experienced this recent decrease in "nothing".

This situation (your observations, which mirror some of mine) of course may lead a thinking person to wonder - what, if anything does this mean? It goes without saying that it would really help the world of thinking people if the people, whomever they may all be, involved with perpetrating "nothing" were to help us out on this... for instance, if they were to tell us that "nothing" really has been about one or more somethings, and if they were to disclose a little information about these, then it might be easier for us to determine on our own the answer the the preceding question. For better or worse, they continue to avoid telling us something about "nothing". Oh well, I thought you at least might like to see that you are not alone in having the experience of observing "nothing".

Depending on weather pattern THEY seed the air above the ocean all the time knowing the next breeze will blow the particles over the wet coast cities.

I can validate that they did spray the day before
yesterday to the north of you HEAVILY, and in X
patterns and in a part of the sky which is not
usually used for spraying. Then on the evening
news, I listened to the weatherman say how lucky
we were that a small front had formed "just long
enough" he said verbatim, to push the storm to
the south. I thought then and still wonder now
not only that they pushed the storm but that they
also caused the repercussion of the storm to slow
down so much. The damage to the south seems
extra-ordinary for a CAT 1 storm although for a
short time it did achieve a CAT 2.

I also know that prior to Katrina they sprayed
day and night for weeks. No one could convince me
that there were not those working hard to modify
that storm. They did not spray here after that year
for almost a year. I think it freaked them out.
This year though, they are amping it up again.

I do not smell pesticides up here though. We did
get some storm cell activity but for the most part
this storm was not even a huge rain event for us
where I am in the country south of Huntsville.
