No worries about the strechtes. You simple do all the stretches you know and then finish with the basic four dorn method self therapy exercises (a total of only 3 min 40 sec. is required to do them)
This ensures that all joints (spine and hip) are guided back into their proper position in case the stretches favored any misalignments.
If you want the easy way then get a Spynamics Sacro Aligner and do the alignment this way.
