I was mainly sticking with water/tea. But for some odd reason I decided to drink some juice last night for a "energy boost" and afterwards I was SOOOOO hungry! But I am labeled a carb addict, so I have much issues with any carbs even if it is from fruit. For some reason if I have it I am more hungry for other stuff and I find myself going from something sweet to something salty and back again. And for me it was an endless cycle and I would be full! But still had the need to eat sweet then salty again and again.
So, this is why I am so hesitant on starting a juice fast on day 10....I am afraid I will go into hunger mode like yesterday evening and end up binging on my fast. But again, this is my own experience, this may not be true for everyone:-)
