I thought this was going to get easier by Day 13, and it is still hard. I still want to eat really bad! Energy is hard to come by, but I have been getting out every day and using all that I do have, which has helped a lot. The shortness of breath when going upstairs is a killer. The main thing is that I want to stop wanting to eat! I want to eat everything from McDonald's to vegetables soup.
Is this strong desire to eat ever going to pass? I can't stop the fast yet because I am still wanting to eat very bad, unhealthy food. Are there any long term fasters that continued thinking they were "hungry" throughout the fast?
