Hi Propaul,
Thanks for answering my post. I asked about a book because someone on another forum said that he lowered his BP with
coffee enemas recommended in a book on heart disease. I asked him for title and author of the book, but he has not responded.
I have been on BP medicine for over 30 years, and am trying to cut down or eliminate the medications. So far, I have not been successful. For a while, I thought that I was making progress. I started going to a MD who stopped practicing conventional medicine over 25 years ago, and now practices Nutrional Therapies and Preventive Medicine. He recommended a 4 to 7 day juice fast with
coffee enemas twice per day during the fast, lots of supplements, and strict diet. My BP dropped and I cut back on the meds, but then my BP went back up again, and now I am taking more meds than when I started with the MD.
I read your blog. You say that "the effects of this fast last for over a month" when you were describing your 5 day fast. Does that mean that you need to repeat the fast every month or so? Are you able to keep your BP normal without medications?
Again, thanks for answering my post.
