Im reviewing my supplements, in particular Calcium & Magnesium.
At the moments I have been taking a Viridian product (3 times per day):
Each level teaspoon (3.5 grams approx.) provides: Calcium (carbonate, citrate, amino acid chelate) 400mg Magnesium (oxide, citrate, amino acid chelate) 300mg Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500mg Zinc (citrate) 10mg In a base of Malic acid 1015mg
Not sure if it is being absorbed by my body or not as I have little to no improvement after 3 months. Still sore bones, weak muscles and cramps.
Can anyone provide their opinion on these ingredients and also any recomendations on calcium/mag products that have worked for you. I may try coral calcium after a previous recommendation.
