Day 1:
HOT DANG, it came in the mail last Friday, 6/13th. I took 1t before bed.
Y'all, I've taken ALOT of herbs and herb formulas in my life. This isn ONE STRONG TONIC, and it basically tastes nasty, but I can do this for 6 weeks, rigth?
My day 1 consultation with Charlie, he laughed at me and told me to put it in water then eat something salty.
Circadium rhythms say your bowel time is 5am - 7am. Sure enough, even tho I'd developed a bowel problem when I started going to the chiro to get myself structurally sound, I had GONE Saturday morning upon rising! Heathies bm I'd had in literally months ... still a bit too much of a clay consistancey for my liking but I'm working on it!
Had another BM shortly after supper.
Day 2:
Drank the tonic in water w/some sea salt last night ... not gonna make this stuff taste good, so I'm just gonna live with it. Ate some "healthy" sea salted chips and that got rid of the taste.
This a.m. the bowel movement wasn't immediately upon rising but didn't have to wait long. It was a decent size and the texture is no longer clay.
Had my consultation with Charlie. (He literally wants to talk to you about your BMs and I'm sorta ok with that after having become a professional potty gazer with all that liver flushing and talk about buttpee and such in the liver flush support forum). The big question for today was the smell of my BM, y'all. Nothing unusual in that catagory. I've done liver flushes that smell like the liver flukes were giving each other perms when I dared interupt, and have also done flushes that smelled like I'd passed something dead. Maybe I've already gotten most of the weird smelling stuff out.
Charlie had me start on the infection tonic this a.m. at 1/2 t twice a day. Nothing to report on that after only about 4 hours.
Today hasn't been so very positive, but obviously, something IS going on in my body.
(I had to threaten to kill Charlie *sigh*)
Last night, I took my 1t of liver tonic and 1/2t of anti-ingection. Had a great night's sleep!
Woke up this morning at 5a.m. which isn't that uncommon for me now that I actually sleep.
It was necessary to make a beeline for the potty when I crawled out of bed. OMG, the gas I was passing was pushing me into the bathroom! My BM was ORANGE?? (I thought that was a sign of no bile but Charlie says not at all.)
I had to be at my first day on new job at 7a.m. I drove there passing gas that could I only have gotten it to run the car! The gas stayed with me until after eating my whole raw pineapple lunch.
I had 2 subsequent BMs, not so large and still ORANGE (I have Clemson sweatshirts that want to be that color!)
I talked to Charlie about 7:30pm. He confirmed that things are happening in my bowel tract, we just don't know quite what yet. He's still watching for signs of prolapsed colon, since I am showing signs of prolapse with my chiropractor and Charlie sent an herb to handle this when it rears it's ugly head.
I'm to up the anti-infection to 1t tonight, then that much twice a day.
Took the recommended 1t Liver Tonic and 1t Anti-Infection Tonic before going to bed.
Clock was set for 6am but I was up long before that.
My usual trot to the pot.
Bowels much looser this morning, but nothing that I'd call liquid BM. First BM very small in comparison to normal. Had to GO 4 times before I left the house at 7:10, all small, just that gotta GO thing.
Charlie wants to know about fatigue factor because of the anti-infection. It's really an unfair analysis of this formula from me right now. I've been home for 5 1/2 months, going back to be for an hour or 2 when I wanted to, taking naps when I wanted to, cutting grass or climbing ladder to windown when I wanted to. Now I have to be up and getting alter before 6am and sitting in brain-strain classes learning a totally new job everyday. Of course I'm tired.
I was still going to the bathroom last night at bedtime with those small BMs. Must have been a total of 8-9 throughout the day!
The pressure build up in my liver that lead me to flushing each 3 weeks is gone with using the tonic.
Charlie will be gone and I wish he wouldn't be with my bowels messing up like this, but it's necessary.
