White Tiger
It depends how fast your body produces fluid in the injured muscle tissue. The fluid enables more white blood cells to flow into the injured area easier, and repair the damaged cells in your muscles. Think of your white blood cells as your "body repair kit."
Ever body does not produce fluid in injured areas at the same speed to help your repair kit to flow into the area of damage more easily. Dense tissue without fluid buildup slows the flow of these white blood cells.
Same as weightlifters muscles swell up right after weightlifting. The pumped up muscles right after a workout is caused by fluid buildup into the injured muscle cells.
More use of the muscles trigger a better blood flow through the muscle tussues and a faster response.
