>>I did not say that Tony Isaacs disagreed with the use of
Liver Flushes , only
>> that he thought
Hulda Clark is a charlatan.....as I do.
Why do you think she is a charlatan? I find it hard to believe you can critique her properly when it's very obvious you haven't read the basics on
parasites or liver cleanses.
I understand that you subscribe to natural hygiene principles and so do I. I think that's great and in an ideal world, that's all you would need.
Unfortunately, there are two things getting in the way:
1) Modern day pollutants: Make you vulnerable to parasites, even if you have the best eating habits. Although weekly fasts will help detox your body, eventually they could get a foothold.
2) Past Poor Living Habits: We can't really control what has happenned in the past and most illnesses are directly or indirectly caused by
parasites and/or pollutants.
Poor Shelton, who is one of your heroes, who was bedridden with Parkinson's at only 77 and died 13 years later. Fasting didn't save him and he died a slow death.
Shelton was a one trick pony and paid the price for it.
Clark has many case studies where people with Parkinson's have recovered using her methods, using
parasite cleanses and liver cleanses. I can't help but to think that might have been the problem.
>>My point to you vx is this...............
>>"an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"...........Benjamin Franklin.
I completely agree, which is why I like fasting and a fruitarian diet. But like I already said, it doesn't take long for
parasites to get a foothold, especially with the way modern life is.
Barefoot herbalist has a lot of experience with this kind of thing and he's also natural hygiene btw, probably moreso than 99% of the people here. I'm fairly sure he believes that we will still get parasites in modern day society, even fasting, eating fruit, getting sun, and drinking distilled water.
>> It is because people transgress those Laws that health issues arise in the first instance.
Like I said, the main factor you haven't considered is pollutants and their affect on the human body concerning parasites.
Most people will also not be raised natural hygiene and like I said, once parasites get a foothold, they are extremely difficult to remove by all natural means. As a matter of fact I'd say pretty much impossible after reading many many stories of people that have tried. Can you honestly say that you know someone who had parasites and got rid of them by fasting?
>>No Natural Hygienist who has ever lived within these Laws has ever had the need
>>for any organ cleanses or
parasite removals:
And several have died relatively young. Ever wonder why when mankind is supposed to be able to live to at least 120 and they are dying earlier?
>> The body is also a self-healing, self-repairing, and self-maintaining organism given these circumstances, and I for one as a Natural Hygienist would find the need for cleanses and
parasite removal as superfluous.
Alright, so what happenned to
Shelton again? According to your last few statements, someone who follows natural hygiene will not get illnesses. Yet Shelton, who was Mr Natural Hygiene did get an illness, and a very bad one at that. This direectly conflicts with your previous statements and you have to wonder why someone who lived so healthy slowly died over 13 years at a fairly young age. It makes me wonder anyway.
>> "Remedies" are for those who transgress those Laws, and have had to find drugless methods of healing to avoid the Allopathic methods of drugs and their severe and often fatal side-effects.
The bad news is living in modern day society is a transgression against nature. Sitting in front of a computer screen all day is a transgression against nature. Breathing city air is a transgression. Living inside is a transgression. It's unavoidable to almost all of us.
Parasite cleanses are using herbs, food, to help heal the body. I guess you don't believe in the healing power of herbs then?
It's ok if you don't like herbs, we can disagree there. Personally I have welcomed them because they have increased my recovery ten fold. Maybe we can agree to disagree on herbs.
