To eat, I would suggest the following.
Take cod liver oil, 1 teaspoon per day. Take Green Pastures fermented cod liver oil with butter oil.

The reason I suggest cod liver oil, is because it is a highly concentrated fat that will be easy to digest. It's packed with nutrients, especially vitamin D that helps with
Depression and well being. It also helps you heal.
I don't suggest ANY other cod liver oil of than the FERMENTED CLO from Green Pastures. All other brands use heat processing and re-add vitamins and are still inadequate especially compared to this fermented version.
The second thing I'm going to suggest also requires very little digestion and bile. I suggest you buy raw milk, join a Weston Price chapter (www.westonaprice.org), get kefir seeds from them and make your own kefir. For now, perhaps buy kefir at the grocery store, but it's like night and day with regards to nutrition.
The reason I think you should eat kefir is because it's very easy to digest and has many of the nutrients in it that you wouldn't be able to get without eating large quantities of meat, eggs, which I'm not sure is possible to digest (easily) without a gallbladder.
You might also find raw "farm fresh" eggs (from pastured hens) also useful, but you'll have to experiment. Don't cook them.
