i don't even feel like eating sometimes!
(:
i don't know really, once you become acustomed to this eating style-
your own personal physical level and health determines ALOT of what you are
naturally hunrgy for and how much to eat.I work at a very physical job where i am
constantly on the go 10-11 hours of the day,add working out to that every few days and my appetitite goes through the roof! but if you are a sedetary person then
your appetitite will no doubt be smaller.Always be monitoring what you are hungry for,it's usually a strong indicator of what your body may be lacking.I naturally crave certain foods for no paticular reasons, like bannanas, watermelons, pineapples, salads, fats, animal fats, carbs ..whatever it may be.
also ,if you notice you crave alot of sugars, your body may just be hungry for carbs- blood
Sugar may just be low.Or if your craving alot of sodium rich foods, there may be an electrolyte imbalance or something. If i worked a long hard day, i will usually eat alot of food.On a day off,i might have like a peice of rare steak and that would be it.Plus it depends alot on your body type as well, you don't have to gorge yourself silly or anything, but if you are hungry and burned alot of calories from working out- you will definetly naturally feel like eating.
As far as the
Oxypowder and BMs, i have watery stools with the OP- but initially that are very solid in the beggining and then leaning out later on in the evening.
Not too bad as it used to be, and on days i don't take it , i generaly do have normal BMs.Stay away from sugary foods/liquids during meals it really mucks things up,IMO it makes things sticky and syrupy in the gut and really mucks it alll up-
especially that high fuctose corn syrup stuff..i know i am such a hypacrite ,because i drink soda as well- but only in moderation and only sometimes with my junk food meals
(:
they really are crap to the body though!
i am pretty sure if you have enough healthy fats in your system,BMs are not an issue- though i am still trying to get all of mine in as well...
