MoreThis is a reply to # 1,170,574i would say that your lymphatic system is dirty... and that the stuff you have draining into your mouth from the lymph is rotting in your mouth, probably bringing about infections. I would eat things that do not generate mucous in your bowels... so the candida can finish off the dirty lymph. Aswell as increase circulation/detox/alkalinity...

This is a reply to # 1,170,940Yep. That is where a cluster of granulocytes secreted their payload. They have chemicals and enzymes designed to destroy foreign invaders, such as parasites. They will cause small superficial lesions on the tongue. It is known as geographic tongue.
Now, I should also mention that B 12 deficiency can cause similar phenomenon. But, if the rest of the tongue is white, I would gamble on the first explanation.

This is a reply to # 1,171,558It isn't a lesion..just a small spot that stays pink...in 2006 I had blood test that showed Bilirubin at 2.4("normal" range given was 0.1 -2.1), Doc said it was Gilbert's Disease and no big deal...any opinions on that??? Thanks all for opinions. You guys(gals) are the best.

This is a reply to # 1,170,886a white tongue is different than a tongue covered in a white film... which is full of bacteria and yeast which often times work symbiotically. Eventually if it gets bad enough, the yeast and bacteria doing thier thing in a person mouth will start to cause pain and other infections in the mouth.
a white tongue to my knowledge is a symptom of a weak liver... MH said that during fasting a white tongue is due to the detox of aluminum, i cant say for sure.

1 tsp of Turmeric in water once a day. (brush your teeth after to discourage stains)
It may take about 1 - 2 weeks of taking this to get results.
Turmeric is great for lots of other things too.
