**To answer your question brewer's yeast is different from BAD yeast. Brewer's yeast is actually beneficial and carnosine I get online (powder form). I have heard about carnosine in pill form but I'm not to familiar with that route.
The route I went was take
Lugol's Iodine 10 drops for a week and then maintance with 50mg 3-4 times a week. Then I started taking carnosine with brewer's yeast together and drink 3 times a day. I take 4 teaspoon a day of Omega 3 and lastly recently ordered NAG which I'll be taking twice a day and reducing one cup of Carnosine/B.Y.
