Enzymatic Therapy answered me regarding the acidolphilus pearls--the text of the email is pasted below--seems just like the standard sell info. They also sent me a 5-page technical document regarding the pearls but I don't know how to attach it here (is there a way?). Within the 5-page doc, there are a couple of paragraphs that talk about research in general about how colonization happens in the intestine, but they don't say that they've done their own research regarding colonizationability of the pearls--they just say they can get it to the correct part of the intestines alive via bypassing stomach acids). If you would like a copy of the document that they sent to me (the technical data sheet), please email me with your email at meowzersma@hotmail.com and I will forward it to you--or somebody tell me how to attach it here. I wrote them back asking if they had done any of their own independent studies, but I'm going to take a guess that they will write back and say no, but I will report back.
