Hi Jessesmom, that was a blast from the past!
I have come a long way since then. As I continue to emphasize, the problem lies in the immune system. Or, more specifically, the TH1 cells.
At first I claimed Lyme disease, since a tick was implicated. But, now I think that Lyme is a term which is "out-dated" and should not imply a particular pathogen association. It is a symptom which leads to many systemic and chronic problems, which involve co-infections of parasitic organisms.
It was a post by Line-up, which clued me in to "microsporidium" another tick connected disease capable of being vectored to humans\animals.
This little shit bug, can get into cells, simply by macrophage invagination of spores. The spores have a very tough chitin jacket which protects them from destruction by chemical metabolites within the cells.
Somewhere along the way, the cells loose functionality and therefore cannot signal to other cells for immediate apoptosis [self-destruction]. There are probably a million other things that go on, but the bottom-line, is certain immunity mechanisms are disabled.
This is why, there are high specificity infections plaguing my body. It seems to involve unicellular parasites, but the fluke infection is a biggie, which I only recently begun to realize how bad.
I will begin documenting my study of the microsporidium, and include many micrographs, and video clips which can be observed on Youtube. My code name there is mualfa.
There are other factors involved in my condition, which will be uncovered eventually, the whole point here, is there is never just one thing going on, in chronic health afflictions. Shroom
