It is clear you do have yogic knowledge coming from the North where all the gurus recognized in the western culture have almost exclusively hailed from.
Yoga is a spititual journey that is an internal awakening that is stimulated through asanas (postures) that begin the voyage of enlightenment (for others not from N India)
