MoreTried the easy Liver Flush because the original flush is too harsh. Got some large liver flukes (multiple pieces of rolled tomato skin, 1-2 inches across) and some black looking seeds.
The Protocol :
The day before flush (optional)
Eat lightly, with fruits, vege or soup. No meat/protein.
3 hours before flush
No food or drinks
Flush ingredients
- 3 green lime (juice)
- 2 egg yolks (organic, omega-3 enhanced)
- 1 tablespoon organic oil (vco/olive oil etc etc)
3 hours after flush
No food or drinks
2 times of very warm water enema

This easy Liver Flush works. It's comfortable and effective. I can feel and hear clearly/loudly the gallbladder rumbling. The rumbling continues for the next hour or so.
To maximize effectiveness
- increase the dosages of the ingredients, to no ill-effect
- eat lightly or fast before the flush
- perform 2x enemas, 3 hours after flush
Note : The flush can be done multiple times a day and daily.

This is a reply to # 1,157,132There are many different types of flukes. Liver flukes are redish. I have seen the "whole" fluke (dead) during a cleanse and also the "tomato skins".

Based on your post above, which position do you recommend during a coffee enema or standard enema?
What is the average tube length to insert in order to reach the sigmoid colon effective for a successful CE?

I thought, because they came two days after the stones.....with the enema that they were the flukes you are all talking about...I have had none of the rolled up tomato skins....but about 50 little white "cotton blobs"...one as long as one half inch in length and 1/4 inch in diameter......and I've just done a little research and it seems they might be the place where intestinal parasites grow......how this survived the oregano oil, taheebo tea, garlic, milkthistle, goldenseal etc is amazing to me....i did take the Wormwood /black walnut/cloves for two weeks prior to doing the flush....so maybe this is what got them out.....anyway I'm glad to see them done and sorry if anyone was misled.......

Flukes most certainly are red. This is a picture from the images gallery here. It's not my picture, but it IS what my "flukes" looked like and I passed 2 quarts of them in ONE flush.

This is a reply to # 1,156,883Tried my 2nd ELF, tripled the dose (9 limes, 6 eggs, 3 tbls vco) but only got 1 piece of tomato skin. Didn't fast for 6 hours before flush and that affected the results.
Also did the Lugol's Iodine (4 drops) & fresh urine enema during the flush. As with the 1st flush, got 20-30 pieces of round yellow-brown floaters. They're small, around the size of black peppers, floats separately and appears soft and liquid (could it be oil?). Gonna try to poke them next time. Feels weird, looking intensely at my poo like a hawk!
Just got my new stethoscope (3M Littmann Classic 2), going to experiment with enema positions. Thanks to the member who gave the idea!
Hmm... been doing the costing of ingredients, comparing the ELF and CE, they both cost around the same to perform. Each protocol complements the other and cannot be done without. - Re: Easy Liver Flush gets flukes plzchuckle

This flush concerns me in that it includes no dialative for relaxing the bile ducts for easy passage of what can be large stones and very large clumps. I've passed 20 stones that were more than 1" in diameter, and even with the HC protocol, I had a clump get stuck that when it cut loose and came out spontaneously 2 days later, it would have been the size of my small fist. I won't ever be doing any flush that doesn't have a dialative!
There are people here who wound up in emergency surgery from it.

This is a reply to # 1,158,536IMHO, both easy and HC Liver Flush protocols need to be improved to minimize complications and to increase efficiency.
Instead of waiting between flushes for bile to build up, perhaps increased bile production should be promoted?
Instead of going to ER when stones are stuck, maybe the stones can be softened and reduced in size before flushing? This approach seems more efficient than dilating the bile ducts.- Re: Easy & HC liver flush protocols ... marcopolo15

This is a reply to # 1,158,767I'd like to solve a pain localized on the righ side under ribs (liver, gall bladder..) that bothering me for years and I'd like to try this method. Do you thing that ELF could help to get rid of that? Could advice what is the best way how to achieve increase bile production and to soft and reduce stones? I'm currently using higher doses of magnesium (5-8g per day) and also juice from fresh dandelion/nettle. Thanks
