Jeff alias Grassman,
I must say that your pictures and Ann Wigmore's and Steve Meyerowitz's books
inspired me to turn my balcony into small green house.
I am also live in block of flats so indoor gardening according to Ann Wigmore in special challnenege for me.
According to this debate I have few question:
1.
I have the luck to get bio-dynamic grown wheatgrass seed from near local farmer.
But he is out of wheatgras and he can provide me with oat and spelt seeds.
So my question is: if i am able to prepare from oat and spelt grass similar
nutritive juice as I did with wheatgrass. I am using green juice from baby grass
as the support in anti-cancer therapy for neighbour and relative.
I consider your opinion very essential for me.
2. I did obey your suggestion in one of your answers to me about growing grass and
using only first cycle of harvesting and then to prepare new soil in trays and new germinating seeds.
But it is my problem how to provid cycle where I could recycle the soil into
compost to use it in few weeks. So I have the problem to organize compost or fertilizer in specail box ( I am still considering the place ).
What are your recommendations about recycling soil and how to prepare compost.
I bought EM microorganisms to use it in recycling process
( the soil is full of roots and hulls and is completely compact because of roots ) so
that recycling would be more intensive. I am afraid of throwing away the soil of very high quality.
3. And another experience:
I found out that wheatgrass is more stable If I add some organic ( kelp ) dilution
to water. I am not sure...but still.
Since that time I also have no problem with molds.
Thank you in advace for your valuable help Jeff.
