I know from time to time, people mention the constipation issue and needing to keep things moving. There's also the sluggish liver thing many of us have. I'd like to remind everyone of Swedish Bitters as a potential companion to Iodine supplementation (and the 3 million other things you're doing for your health). It's spring, and it's a good time to start the cleansing! By the way, has anyone used bear's garlic for a spring cleaning?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,131,186I wonder if bear's garlic is any relation to 'elephant garlic'...which is grown south of here.
We were able to get it from the supermarket, once.
It seemed milder, though I didn't notice any particular effect from it, as we weren't into watching at the time.
Overall, I liked it.
That would be the one to use, I think, if we were ever into making garlic ice cream and the like.
