FRUITY BOOTY
Not sure why one caused indigestion, but other one did not. Although, I just discovered groats this year and can't believe I have lived this long without them. I have a small slow cooker that I cook mine in overnight. I put 1 part groats to 3 parts water. I add whatever I have in kitchen to mix (usually various dried fruits, banana, apple, ground flax, stevia, cinnamon, and/or vanilla). It is wonderful to wake up to. It is the only thing that get me out of the bed some mornings. Anyway, just had to share my thoughts on those fabulous GROATS!!!!
