"I have spent time in the company of the One who claims to be the Maha Sidhha , the Great Spiritual Teacher, the 4th Great Incarnation of the Divine, the One Who comes after Krishna,Buddha, and Jesus . It was quite an amazing experience, like being in Heaven in the Presence of God. It was very enjoyable. And I will swear that if there is a God He is It."
Though there are individuals like that, I see their kind of claims to be more
egotistical than spiritual. Yes, you will find a great deal of spiritual
healing power there but you will also find that either he, or whoever he's
hooked into, claims to be a guru or an ascended master. Neither of those
exist. (Gandhi spent his entire life looking for a guru and never found
one. In other words, he wasn't impressed. It is an expected quest
for all Hindus.) Most of those individuals you mention have skipped some
very basic steps (or they wouldn't be here) and have to return to accomplish
very mundane stuff. - You are your own guru.
"Jesus said,"The Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand." Heaven is simply that state of consciousness in which there is Oneness. Jesus existed in that state and so did the teacher I saw but few others can reach that state."
He also said that "...the kingdom of god is within you" - and it is. Oneness is all relative. As an angry SOB Jesus drove the money changers out of the temple. We are here to experience all of what is within and to react in our own way.
Those who foresee a NWO which has malicious conspiracies of the Illuminati, Free Masonry, United Nations, etc., have created their own hell and their own prison. They recognize only body and not spirit.
The spiritual progression I'm talking about is worldwide, and not limited to anyone individual or group of individuals. It will eventually turn the planet upside down both spiritually, and physically. It is fun to watch - something I've been waiting for, for a long, long time.
"lol what a bunch of hogwash! Jesus chased out the money changers with action not the passive support of the new age liberal illuminati agenda you adhere to ! Spiritual stupidity! This subject is getting so old its nauseating too bad the moderators arent allowed to do thier job and move this thread to one of the many forums designed for this type of bs!"
Hogwash? Politics and spirituality are inexorably intertwined.
It was the Age of Enlightenment that created the United States and the U. S. Constitution. Like it or not, the Masons were a part of that age - and had a significant hand in the U. S. Constitution. The entire Age of Enlightenment was generated by a rise in the spiritual energy on planet, not the least of which was triggered by the Reformation and the sanctity of the individual where prior to that - all power was given to the Church (or was supposed to be).
If the Illuminati created the United States, they did one hell of a good job, but in fact they didn't. If you credit Free Masonry, no problem there either, except it was a combined force of Enlightenment working through a multitude of individuals.
From that progression of spirituality several things have died by the wayside: the divine right of kings; slavery in the majority of the world; the second class citizenship of women (that one has a long ways yet to go); vast geographic imperialism (look at a map of the world in 1900 vs. today) and many more things. All from spiritual progression.
My reference to Jesus driving the money changers out of the temple was an illustration of that fact that spirituality isn't limited to wearing a loin cloth on a mountain top.
Spirituality is changing the world to a New Word Order - and I am rooting for it to continue as it has, unabated, and as it does some people are going nuts. That's fun to watch too.
"Then go preach your mindless sheeple politics in the Spirituality Forum !"
First of all, I'm not preaching any more than those who are frightened to death and posting here about international conspiracies are. If you wish me to take global events and activity to the Spirituality Forum, then those who post about Free Masonry, the Illuminati, and United Nations crap here - belong on the Schizophrenia Support forum.
I'm posting global information here about changes that are happening on the planet right now.
"lol ! Well maybe you'll find people on the Spituality forum that
will find your mindlesness more palatable!
So you think everything is peachy keen in the world today, then why are you on a
alternative website that educates people about the lies and dispicabe behavior
of the groups you speak of? Are you compliant withall the deviant behavior they
promote , such as vaccine death jabs for infants, aborting children for
population control toxic chemical to to treat health issues, perpetual war,
deviant sex acts, pedophilia etc. purposely placed toxins in out food ,air and
water supplies the destruction of real Christianity throughout the world,
overtaxation to the point of home loss and poverty! Do you see all these thing
as a positive to promote your elusive Utopian ejaculation?
You sound no different then the delusional rapturists who will gladly sit on
their big fat arses and watch the people of the world become inslaved because
you are one of "THE CHOSEN ONES"????????? Hmmmmmmmm where have we
heard that line of manure before! If so why are you here??????????
Your type makes me vomit!"
If the world is such a horrible place as you think it is, then what year or era do you wish to return to? Why is longevity on the planet the highest it has ever been at any point in human history?
If you look up my posts you will see that I participate in all sorts of alternative therapies, as do many tree huggers. (Hey, the popularity of almost all alternative medicine of today began with the hippies - lord love 'em all.) Among the many things I bank on is garlic, which during WWII the Soviets used as a treatment for disease so much that it became know as "Russian penicillin." So, I guess that does make me a pinko.
We do agree about those you call the "rapturists" - those who I call the Armageddonites.
Each and everyone of us are "the chosen ones" - there is no one any more chosen than anyone else, that's why I remarked about the Great Spiritual Teacher of an earlier post as probably being on an ego trip.
"First of all the so called hippies where just part of a huge population generation of baby boomers so your hippy demograpic is nothing but self importence and it was Christians who in fact repopularized alternative health and other alternative like homeschooling they where active participants ,not drop complete loser drop outs like most hippies out there.............."
My oh my - who's rewriting history now? There are loads of hippy types still out there living organically and practicing alternative therapies. I know several centers in my area and none of them are "Christian."

All this hot enthusiasm for healing the planet and eating whole foods and avoiding chemicals and working with nature and developing the self? Came from the hippies. Alternative health? Hippies. Green cotton? Hippies. Reclaimed wood? Recycling? Humane treatment of animals? Medical pot? Alternative energy? Natural childbirth? Non-GMA seeds? It came from the granola types (who, of course, absorbed much of it from ancient cultures), from the alternative worldviews, from the underground and the sidelines and from far off the goddamn grid and it’s about time the media, the politicians, the culture as a whole sent out a big, wet, hemp-covered apology.
…..without the ’60s groundwork, without all the radical ideas and seeds of change planted nearly five decades ago, what we’d be turning to in our time of need would be a great deal more hopeless indeed.
But if you’re really bitter and shortsighted, you could say the entire hippie movement overall was just incredibly overrated, gets far too much cultural credit for far too little actual impact, was pretty much a giant excuse to slack off and enjoy dirty lazy responsibility-free sex romps and do a ton of drugs and avoid Vietnam and not bathe for a month and name your child Sunflower or Shiva Moon or Chakra Lennon Sapphire Bumblebee. This is what’s called the reactionary simpleton’s view. It blithely ignores history, perspective, the evolution of culture as a whole. You know, just like America.

Feelin' groovy: the hippies had it right: go organic, stick to whole foods, and experiment with mind-expanding flavors. Here, our favorite flower-power fare gets a modern makeover
Elizabeth BarkerEVEN IF PATCHOULI, tie-dyed tees, and Volkswagen vans aren't bound for an imminent comeback, one slice of hippie history undoubtedly deserves to keep on keepin' on: Looking at nutrition through granny glasses meant choosing the most wholesome nourishment while borrowing taste-bud-rousing flavors from foreign lands. "The hippies were trying to restore quality to food," says Greg Hottinger, R.D., nutritionist at the Duke University Center for Integrative Medicine and author of The Best Natural Foods on the Market Today: A Yuppie's Guide to Hippie Food. "They introduced foods from other cultures--curries, tofu, miso, and tempeh--but they were also trying to bring our food back to the way it was before we began using pesticides in agriculture and treating animals with hormones and antibiotics."
They had a healthful disregard for processed foods, synthetic sweeteners, and artificial preservatives, too. "The hippies stood for avoiding food that has something added or something taken away," says Hottinger. "Whole foods have naturally occurring healing properties, and you can't improve on food's original design." So while granola and sprouts may forever seem the stuff of a peacenik picnic, Hottinger maintains that "hippie food is not radical. What's radical are the changes we made to the way our food was produced in the 20th century."
Metamucil, old soul! More fiber! And when you unclog all the shite and venom, you may be able to see that voting dem or voting republican is equally moronic, since you are voting for the same thing.
I thought you knew that!

Whatever are you implying, Psyilocybe Sirius? I need not force anyone to do anything - as you know old hog dog, my fans are legion.
No need to worry about the speed of your delivery - you are equally a gentleman and a scholar and your logic unimpeachable at all speeds. Now what did I do with that last button . . .
